Local Audiovisual Sales & Service

We believe that people choose to do business with people. Therefore, our business model is based on offering our clients personal service from AV professionals at every stage of their experience - from audiovisual sales and service through the design and integration process. 

The KCAV Sales Team is distributed throughout the Midwest, allowing us to offer local, personalized service. That means our audiovisual sales consultants are often able to bring out technologies to you with free, onsite demonstrations that allow you to fully test and compare different technologies.

We will partner with you, investing the time and resources to understand your needs, goals, and realities. With that understanding, the KCAV Team will design, install, and support solutions that will transform your learning, working, and sharing spaces. This includes meeting and collaboration spaces, classrooms and training rooms, and larger venues such as auditoriums, gymnasiums, and more.

One of the best things about my job is getting to work closely with multiple manufacturers. This allows me to focus on the customer's needs and help them find the best solution. Unlike companies that push one specific product line, I view my role as a KCAV Sales Consultant to learn my clients'  needs, strategies and use-case scenarios and then help them put together a technology package that best meets those needs.

KCAV Service Options

The KCAV Service Team offers "peace-of-mind" support in the way of project workmanship warranties and prepaid service contracts that will allow you to maximize the utilization of your new technologies. In addition, we offer three levels of hourly service, in order to address a full range of situations that require timely, high-quality service of our clients' AV systems.

Standard-Level: (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm CST)
Standard-level service requires a minimum of two business days' advance notice for scheduling purposes. While KCAV will make every effort to perform standard service sooner than two days from the client's request, this will not always be possible.

Priority-Level (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm CST)
Priority-level service will be performed with less than two business days' advance notice. This service level is designed for time-sensitive service needs which do not allow for two or more business days' advance notice.

After-Hours (Federal Holidays & hours outside of Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm CST)
After-hours service is designed for service needs which cannot be addressed during standard business hours.
