Repair Policies

Whether it's a VCR that is jammed, or an LCD projector that was dropped, we're ready, able, and willing to serve you. Labor rates are as follows:

1. Standard bench rate: $/hour
2. Specialized technical bench rate: $/hour

In order to minimize the time and expense with a repair, our standard procedure is to proceed to repair equipment following diagnostics so long as the repair is less than one-third of the replacement cost of the item. If you would like an estimate prior to any repair work, our standard estimate charge is $. Should you then elect to authorize the repair, that estimate charge is waived.
