Rental Pricing

We are eager to help make your next meeting, conference, or event a success. Ensuring that your visual and audio message is critical.

Call one of our rental professionals, and we'll be happy to assist you. Here are some issues to consider:

1. The size and location of your audience
2. The media you seek to use - computer graphics, video, sound, etc.
3. The comfort level of the presenters

Listed below are daily and weekly rates for the most commonly requested equipment. If there is anything you don't see, just call. We are very likely to have it.

Should you need on-site set-up or an on-site technician, here are our rates:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.: $40.00/hour
All other times: $60.00/hour

Times are based on a portal-to-portal basis.

PRICES ARE FIRST DAY RENTAL RATES. ADDITIONAL, SUBSEQUENT DAYS ARE AT ½ PRICE.

KANSAS CITY AUDIO-VISUAL is dedicated to providing solutions for all your presentation needs. Our responsibility does not end once equipment is rented. Our staff will give professional advice on what products will help you effectively communicate your message.

Technicians
Technical support is available via phone and pager 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to insure proper equipment set-up and operation. On-site technicians are available. Please call for technician on-site rates.

Sales & Service
Kansas City Audio-Visual is an authorized dealer for most major manufacturers. In addition, we have a full-service, on-site repair department for your presentation equipment.

Rush Delivery
Equipment needed within 3 hours is subject to a rush delivery charge. Please call for rates.
